Today’s practice is one you can practice alone or with your children. Take 5 minutes to find calmness together. This practice is designed to help stay focused and let go of stress and distractions. It is only five minutes long. Take 5 minutes with your child to introduce them to mindful breathing, and share what it meant for all of you.
